Blogs, or weblogs, are online journals written by an individual or a group. Wikis, another collaborative tool, are websites that can be created and edited by multiple participants.

Teaching blog and wikis can be used to disseminate readings, multimedia content, assignments, and links.
Learning blogs and wikis are written by students, individually or in groups, as part of their classroom activities.
Organizational blogs and wikis can be used to disseminate information and keep readers updated.

In this session we will look at various ways to use blogs and wikis as part of a Blackboard course or as standalone resources:
