The first hour of each session will cover use of Blackboard at BMCC (accessing Blackboard, faculty and student resources, troubleshooting, etc.), while the second hour can cover any of the following topics, depending on participant interest:

· Making backup copies of a course
· How electronic discussions work
· Tools and tips for electronic discussions
· Using chat and the electronic whiteboard
· Using email
· Managing group activities
· Grading papers electronically
· Digital dropbox and assignments

· Tests, quizzes and surveys
